Ok, I haven't updated in a while. So that newborn mentioned below? Yeah, she just turned three. I finally transferred over to the university last fall, 2009. Took me longer than I expected. Finally taking theatre classes. Fun, but a lot of work.
Actually, I just finished my first year at the university. Tonight was our yearly FAUST banquet. I am feeling... disillusioned, at best. Sad, depressed, close to tears. I was up for election for the FAUST board. I didn't get either spot I was up for.
The faculty also handed out awards tonight. I worked like crazy to help get the shows up and running, doing jobs that weren't even mine. And I got no recognition. Nothing. Not even a thank you. yay me.
